Thank you to the students and parents who turned out during the bleak weather on ANZAC Day to take part in the Bundaberg City march. We were proud to remember our service men and women and pay homage to those who sacrificed so much for Australia to be a free country.

School ANZAC Service

Students commemorated ANZAC Day on Wednesday with a school service. Pastor Mark shared the story of John Simpson Kirkpatrick and his donkey and The Good Samaritan, drawing parallels of the sacrificial kindness shown by these two men.

Railway Excursion

Caring for the Planet

As part of their Environmental Unit students checked out the rubbish bin after lunch in an effort to identify what they could reduce, reuse and recycle. It’s encouraging to see the enthusiasm of our young people in caring for their world.

Clean up Australia

CCCS students had a productive morning on 1 March as they participated in Clean up Australia Day. They cleaned up in their school, around their school, and then headed over to the Botanical Gardens picking up rubbish as they went. Great effort!
